| Q3. When can we get reply after sending you the RFQ? |
| A3: Our working time is 8:30am. - 6:30pm. , Monday to Friday. Your RFQ will be replied immediately during working time, in 24hours during non-working time. |

| A4: Yes, some samples are free for customer, but you need to pay for the express fee. For details please send message to our sales service. |

| Q6. Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country? |
| A6: For small order, express will be faster but the shipping cost will be expensive, post air mail will be cheaper but will take 1-2 month of shipping time. And for bulk order, sea shipping way is best but take much time. For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door. |

| A8: Yes. Due to too many visiting requirements, you need to make an appointment with our sales service. Customers who have placed an ordered will have priority. |

| A10: PLA filament 1~1.5years warranty.other filament two years warranty. If any quality problems on the warranty time.we will offer you the goods again without any money. |

| 2. Tell us your details address with zip code.( if by sea pls tell us your sea port ) |
| 3. We will make PI(performa invoice) with shipping cost for your order to confirm. |
| 4. Checking the PI, we will delivery the goods to Shipper for you when we receive your payment. |
